Introducing  the DPP-260 Blister Packing Machine from S3B Machinery

The DPP-260 Blister Packing Machine is suitable for capsules, tablets, big honey pills, candy, liquids, pastes， syringes as well as irregular shapes Al-plastic, paper-plastic composite, and Al-Al sealing packing in pharmacy, healthcare, food, cosmetics, medical equipment industry etc, fully comply with GMP.

• Adopts Omron brand PLC programmable control, colour touch-screen operation, frequency control speed, servo with reducer traction, traction length can be adjusted freely (within parameters scope) to avoid the error caused by artificial mechanical adjustment, significantly reduce labour intensity and material waste；
• Main machine overload protection, PVC and PTP packaging material position detection and alarm shutdown, automatic fault diagnosis, alarm, and automatic shutdown protection；
• Use disc brush feeder, feeding smoothly and evenly to ensure the safety and integrity of the article;
• Adopts special processing and assembly process to ensure that AL foil is balance and do not run slating and shake, prompts the register to more accurate and stable；
• Automatic waste winding device, easy to collect waste, orderly finished output, the output or installed conveyor to provide the necessary conditions for the following manufacturing；
• One machine for two users, you can replace a small part of the structure to manufacture Aluminium-Plastic or aluminium-aluminium products；
• The whole blister packing machine adopts a separation connection design, easy to enter into lift and workshop.

The DPP 260 blister packing machine can be fitted with a Siemens PLC screen and sensors to ensure the text on the blister strips are the same on each pack. Also can be fitted with a protection cover, please see options for additional parts.
