YOUR OBLIGATIONS AND CONDUCT

8.3 Machine output is calculated on the machine running in prime conditions. The speed of any of S3B MACHINERY’s machines are dependent on the environment the machine is run in and most importantly the flowability of the ingredients being manufactured in the machinery. The machine output is not guaranteed.

8.4 Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product. Due to differences in monitors, colours of products may also appear different to those shown on the site. The images on S3B MACHINERY Machines websites are copyright protected.

PURCHASES

9.1 Your rights are contained within the Sale of Goods Act 1979, Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 and the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations 1999.

11.1 In no event shall S3B Machinery UK Ltd, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Website; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Website; (iii) any content obtained from the Website; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

11.2  While S3B Machinery UK Ltd offer advice on the use of our machines,  if the end product being manufactured is not of pharmaceutical grade, or your product does contact at least 50% of Pressit®,  we can not guarantee our machine will work with your ingredient, and S3B take no liability for the products you can or cannot produce when using our machines.

DISCLAIMER

12.1 Your use of the Website is at your sole risk. The Website is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Website is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

12.2 S3B Machinery UK Ltd its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the Website will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Website is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Website will meet your requirements.

EXCLUSIONS
